These last few weeks have been quite hard for me. I’ve had some uncomfortable events happen that have made me reevaluate earlier life experiences — and name more directly the harm that was done to me.

Because of this recalibration, the good that is coming from it is that it has been giving me permission to be more authentically me. To be more embodied. More sensual. More powerful.

My sex life has been changing because of this. I’m more playful. More present. More empowered. And that’s going to reflect in what I’m able to share with you!

I hope this message is meaningful for anyone else going through hard times.
