Ever notice how even after good moments your brain still latches onto the bad stuff?

I used to feel drained because of it a lot. Over time that state stops feeling like stress and just becomes familiar — a weird comfort zone for the brain. You can’t just decide to think positive overnight. What helped me was slowing down and spending at least 20–30 minutes every day actually being present💫

I also started writing down a few good moments in a notebook every evening, even the tiniest ones. And when negative thoughts show up, I don’t fight them anymore — I just notice them and gently bring my attention back to the present moment. Sport has helped me a lot with this too. It doesn’t work instantly, but little by little it got easier🙏

Do you have any ways that help when the bad thoughts start weighing too heavy? ✨
