Survived the heat and somehow managed to gain to 242 Kg (533lbs) again in that two weeks.

Just enjoyed my body this midday after temperatur outside went from around 36°C (96.8°F) in shadows down to 23°C (73.4°F).

Im beyond exhausted. This heat was dangerous, and we survived because of cooling the office down to 26°C (78.8°C) with our mobile AC. Much less temperatur was not possible because we live under the roof of an old house and its hotter than outside in some parts.

I will drive out to MCD today. No energy to cook.
