I really love simplicity and taking care of myself in small ways

Lately my weekdays are pretty calm. Mornings are almost always coffee - at home or at a cute cafe. During the day I do sports, either tennis or the gym. I watch my calories but in a relaxed way, nothing extreme - I usually cook chicken or fish with veggies, omelets, salads, sometimes pasta 😋

I love walking around shops even if I don’t buy anything, it helps me clear my head. In the evenings I read - right now I’m studying Italian and reading psychology books like Atomic Habits or Thinking, Fast and Slow
