Hi guys - just wanted to let you know I am doing better. I'm still having muscle spasms throughout my body but they're not as intense and I'm learning how to cope with them better. We're still not sure what triggered all of this and I'm still working with doctors as we dig deeper. Just taking thing one day at a time for now.
