Per request part 2 Dr with sci & new patient with sci

I play a Dr who has a sci.. video appointment with her new sci patient.. I go over 3 of his main concerns.. ( para belly/balance, his leg spasms, and briefs/accidents).. I then get a little inappropriate and tell him how turned on I am about him being a para and how I'd like to climb on top and....
