Recently I had a lot of requests to film myself shirtless with my stomach gurgling from holding in diarrhea. So I decided to down a bunch of sugar-free gummies and hold back the impending explosion. It starts out as a lot of gas, but eventually I get very desperate to use the bathroom. Will the diarrhea end up in the toilet or in my tight khakis?
