Another very difficult night… 💔

The extreme heat, strong winds, and incredibly low humidity made the fire almost impossible to control. Thankfully, the wind changed direction this morning, and the firefighters managed to contain the wildfire closest to my town.

We’re still at home with everything closed up and we’re not able to go outside, but we’re safe. ❤️

What truly breaks my heart is thinking about all the people who have lost their homes and everything they owned. And beyond that, seeing thousands of hectares burned, entire villages devastated, and so many helpless animals caught in the flames…

It’s absolutely heartbreaking. Thank you so much for all your messages and for checking in on us. I really hope this nightmare ends soon. 🖤
