This is NOT on my bodybuilder diet -- fine since I can't buy these in Taiwan. But, these are my most favorite pop tarts flavor. When I was growing up, we had strawberry and blueberry and this amazing one: cinnamon. I best like the ones without the frosting layer on top. Hummm, but it has been 20 years since I've lived in the USA. I hope Kellogg's still makes the cinnamon flavor.
