been having a hard time loving my body lately tbh, and it’s always such a scary feeling of being vulnerable and posting my body online. i love posting my face, but posting body is a whole different feeling. i’m kind of using this as an outlet for my “rejection therapy” lol and also my progress for the gym! i’ve been at it for a year, but progress is so slow when my body is kinda fucked up (hormonal imbalances) 😔😔😔 body dysmorphia is a bitch but whatever i don’t wanna be scared to post 😭 #feelingchunky
