Oh, by the way, I forgot to share some news. For the last week or so, I’ve been constantly running between vet clinics with the cats. Some of you already know about this.

At the shelter owner’s request, we took in six kittens for a week. We were told they were healthy, but unfortunately that wasn’t the case. We decided to take care of them and find them new homes, but they ended up needing a lot of medical attention, and our own pets were affected too.

Sadly, we lost two kittens, one is still under close care, and the other three are doing much better.

My cat Joline (JoJo) also had to stay at the vet hospital for a couple of days. She was discharged today, but we found out she has kidney problems that we’ll need to deal with soon. She has quite a bit of treatment ahead, so I’ll be keeping a close eye on her.

That’s why I’ve been a little absent from posting lately. But seeing my beloved JoJo come home today made me feel much more hopeful, and I’m planning to get back to photoshoots soon. ♡

A huge thank you to everyone who sent me kind messages and supported me during this time. I really appreciate it more than I can say. The vet expenses have been overwhelming, and I ended up using my entire emergency fund, but I know I would have regretted not trying to help them.
