Hope you're all having a good week. I mentioned before that it was my 30th, and I celebrated with friends and family on Saturday 🥰

It's now 35°C (95°F) in London, with even hotter temperatures expected for the rest of the week. I know some of you live in hot countries and are used to it, but London really isn't set up for this kind of weather! A/C is rare, but I finally caved and bought a portable A/C unit to use at home while I'm working, because it's been difficult to sleep and work from home in this heat.

So I'm trying to take it easy this week! Avoiding the tube where possible, and (until the A/C arrives) sitting in my underwear with my fan pointed directly at me, drinking a lot of water.
