MM: “Saying Goodbye Oregon!”

Moving from Oregon to California

Game plan looks like this -> lease an apartment in LA for 3-6 months, cry because I miss my dog, buy triplex/4plex in Vegas, live in Vegas while renting out the other units, commute to LA for work or collabs for OF!

I can’t believe this is happening but sometimes we don’t get to choose when things happen.
