Update on my issue. It's picked up again. A detective has been assigned to me. They're working with a prosecutor to make a contempt of court case and are moving forward. Every new threat I get at this point is just more violations/intent to disobey a civil order. My life's slowly coming back to me and every day I feel better and less scared :)
