The first day of TES was basically me trying to see as many people as possible 😂🤝🏻

I got there around 2–3 PM, grabbed Starbucks, had lunch with friends and then went straight into networking mode.

There were SO many people there, probably around 2–3k, so there were new faces everywhere 👀 I was trying to introduce myself, talk to people and make some actual connections!! I’m learning that the best conversations usually start way more casually. Find something you have in common, make a joke, talk like normal people and let the business conversation happen naturally 🫶🏻
