I wasn’t looking for a typical candidate… and this **was never going to be a typical interview **

@diana.off came in for what was supposed to be a simple conversation in French. Polite, structured, predictable… at least on paper.

But I don’t ask simple questions 😏

The more she spoke, the more I wanted to see what lay behind the words.
