Recuperating on the sofa after a visit to hospital and an xray as apparently I have a rotatory cuff injury (apparently shoulder) so big hefty painkillers and stomach tablets and a couple of days rest before exercises start.

Live video chats will resume next week . But don't panic I do however have some goodies to upload some movies to edit and pic sets to release which I never got round too !!
