First Workout in 6 Months + Lots of Complaining

This airbnb I was at has a gym in the garage. I haven't been able to get to a gym in months and I wanted to get my muscles moving, even if it's shitty. And shitty it was! I ended the workout with a nude cooldown/stretching 🙆‍♀️
