Happy Fat Tuesday!! Did you enjoy Carnival, if you celebrate? There were no parties here, even if I hadn't been working. Do you have Valentine's Day plans?

My arm still aches and has some limitations. When I am not working I am moving it as much as I can. It feels like a knife is stabbing me at times, at least it only last for a second or two.

I am ready for spring. Do you have any travel plans?
