I’ll always stop whatever I’m doing to save a drowning bee or help a beetle flip back onto its feet (swipe for the next vid — it's a premium one). And honestly, I think that says a lot about who I am beyond social media.

I don’t always know how to show this softer, more sensitive side of myself, but maybe this is a safe space to do it. I do cry when I see an elderly person sitting alone. And I’ve been thinking a lot about something happening in Poland this Christmas — there’s an event where seniors from care homes write letters to Santa, and anyone can pick one and make their wish come true. A charity even built a platform for it.

I’m not sure why I’m sharing this, but the thought of being older, alone, and feeling unseen has really stuck with me today. I hope none of you ever feel that way. But if you do — I genuinely mean it — I’m here to lift you up.
