Turns out thermal photography is equal parts sexy and medically concerning. 😂🥶🔥

I started the morning waist deep in the pool at the content retreat. I then hopped into the sauna to warm up and somehow my hands, feet, and nose still stayed freezing. You can literally see the cold handprints I left all over myself long after I'd 'warmed up' and moved to the bedroom.

If I got one thing from this shoot, it's confirmation that my circulation deserves its own support group, but my pussy and heart are FIRE 🔥 ❤️
