To those who were kind regarding my recent MH breakdown, thank you. Your support is appreciated.

I am going to take this opportunity to remind you that my MH breakdown didn’t happen because I’m a woman, it happened because I’m human. MH does not discriminate by gender.

You, a man, can have tough times with it and it’s nothing to be ashamed of. Your feelings are valid, you are valid and I always encourage to reach out and talk to someone if you need to.

Please take care of your MH. It’s so important and yer nae a jessie for doing so.
