Hey. So this is definitely going to be a very out of the ordinary video for me, but I felt that it was necessary for me to be fully transparent about why I've been quiet, and why I haven't been posting much of anything on my sites lately.

I'm really being raw and vulnerable here and I just ask that if you do watch, that you try to refrain from "fixing" anything- i.e. advice, solutions, etc. Things are actually going great for me, and I've had to work really hard on myself and my life to get to where I am. You simply listening is the only thing I could ask for, and if this video isn't for you then that is absolutely okay and you are welcome to scroll on by. It's long, and it's deeply personal-it makes sense you might not be here for that and I wouldn't be offended.

In this video I want to tell you about some of my struggles with loneliness, heartbreak, and burnout. I want to share with you some of the ways that I've lifted myself up and built a more balanced life for myself, and I want to tell you what is happening in my world and work now. You might have noticed some creative photos I've posted recently... ;) getting to be more creative is a top priority on my to-do list. I hope you'll be around to see and hear more of what's coming.

As always, thank you for your kindness and patience. I've been blessed to draw some of the most down to earth and gentle folks out there, I really don't know how I got so lucky to connect with an audience like mine. Thank you endlessly.
