Hey guys, first I'd like to thank you for sticking with me these last few months. It's been a pretty rough patch, and even the holidays not seeming like themselves this year. I've been working on getting more content done for you, but I've got to have my body get with the program too. There are parts of this I know will forever be a battle, but I know there's a new normal to be found in the chaos.
