Decided to spend the day in bra and panties🤣. JK 😄 rushed for time so didn’t get outfit pics. You know you’re old when your doctor orders a bone density scan 😩. My feet and ankles are still recovering. I’ve gone from avg daily step count of 11-13k/day to 1-3k/ day. I’ve had to cut calories and adjust macros! Having Mickey in daycare twice a week has greatly helped me not having to walk him to expend his energy! He comes home exhausted. So thankful I’m still able to weight train with modifications on some exercises. Now off to bed😘😘😘
