Worked some and had to get out on the water too this weekend. Mental health reboot! Took Mickey for a walk today on a greenway and he was close up to a deer. I’m glad he was on the long line. He may have tried to chase it. Idk though. Been trying to get him to control his impulses. He’s really doing well!

I had my cousin show me a house for sale. Seriously considering moving into a single family home where the yard maintenance is done by the hoa. My neighbor just isn’t good for my mental health. I want to be able to turn up the music in my own home!!!! I’d put my current place up for rent. I’m lucky enough to line in a very desirable area so having rental income will be easy. The place we looked at is overpriced. Built mid 80s and it looks it. If I could get it for $160/ sqft or less that’d be great and I could do renovations before moving in. Downside is no garage and not sure if that’ll work for me. Okay, up early all weekend long so better get to bed. 😘
