intimate nude yoga - my daily stretch routine! 🧘🏼‍♀️ [26:25]

I’ve been feeling super inspired to film more nude yoga lately, it feels really intimate to me and I have so much fun that it’s truly a pleasure to film!

this one is a true “fly on the wall” type of video… I set my phone up in the corner and forgot about it as I flowed through deep spine and hip stretching poses totally nude as I usually would for you to enjoy 🥰

I have a mirror beside me and turn around at a couple points so you can really see all of me! And at the end I practice my inversions and show off a little bit more 🤭

this is very much so a personal video.. what I mean by that is I’m not posing and showing off in the most sexual way I can, I’m demonstrating my real, daily nude yoga practice. Hence why I said this feels so intimate to me!

I didn’t add any music, so the whole time you can listen to my deep breaths (and giggles and soft moans when I felt so inclined) and watch as I release all the tension in my body, unwinding for my evening 💗 enjoy xx
