Showcasing my writer skills from the planned first chapter of a transformational "self-help" book that I'm writing; which weaves light and grounded psychology and a story arc with some fantastical elements together through the prose. For simplicity, you are hearing the narrator prose where I construct my first major point in the book.

I'm almost a year writing this now with a first draft completed and currently expanding it thoroughly. I hope you enjoy :)
