Big cake shake bloat after going to a buffet earlier.... I should do it more often ngl 17 per person isn't too shabby. 2L shake in me, 4.5L water with it and inflated witj some air . Gradual growth, still going rn. Fart in the first n burps through the rest. Will post more :>
