Christmas belly: bloated beyond belief.... after 6 beef quesadillas to myself i forced in 2L cake shake and 5.5L of water... then another 1590 worth of calories in boost shakes! I don't know how many cals i got in total but I'd say around 5k-6k cals. Was crazy gassy the whole night and i was struggling not to throw up😩🤤🫣♥️♥️🎈💥 ive been doing 1.5L minimum amount for my cake shakes each night now
