Hey babes 💕 I wanted to share a little life update with all of you because you’ve been with me through so much. I absolutely still love lactating and creating content for you—it’s something I genuinely enjoy, and I’m so grateful for everyone who supports me. 🥰

That said, if you’ve noticed my supply isn’t quite as much as it used to be, you’re definitely not imagining it. I’ve been focusing on myself lately and have been on a weight loss journey. I’m officially down 40 pounds, and while I’m incredibly proud of that, it has affected my milk supply more than I expected.

This journey has been about finding my confidence again and feeling comfortable in my own skin. Seeing myself smile in the mirror again has been worth every ounce of hard work. 💖 So while there may be a little less milk these days, there’s definitely no shortage of fun from me.
