As I stand naked in front of the mirror, stripped down to my core, I take a deep look at myself. An immediate smile crossed my face. I felt my spirit lift as the music played & the rhythm took a hold of me. Before I knew it, I began to dance naked with myself in front of a mirror. It was a liberating experience, one I was in desperate need of. It served as a simple yet important reminder of who I am & to love myself!
