Hii~
I don't have the mental strength to subtitle so I'll try to explain it in text for the non-spanish speakers.

Let's see....
I suffer from two types of conditions, one psychological and the other physical.

I have borderline personality disorder, which sometimes causes me to have different types of flare-ups, but one of them is dissociation.

The other condition I suffer from is chronic and is called ulcerative colitis, which causes bleeding sores in my intestines that are controlled with medication. However, during periods of stress, my body flares up, so in addition to extra medication, I have to eat a soft diet.
About two months ago, I had a flare-up and had to go on that type of diet for two weeks, but even though I was eating foods like eggs, milk, and other animal products, I started losing weight very quickly.

So much so that I felt like my body was devouring itself, and my brain began to lose its functions, and I spent hours dissociating several times a day.

When I arrived at the hospital, they told me I had acute malnutrition because, for some reason, my body had stopped digesting protein from food. I'm now only able to get it directly from meat.

So, I didn't have the strength to answer messages until I slowly recovered in the hospital, as my brain literally couldn't maintain a train of thought due to malnutrition.

The doctors have told me that it will take me between one and two months to fully recover and right now I have to follow a diet in which I eat at least a small amount of meat a day, every day... in addition to taking supplements.

They don't know when my stomach will be able to digest normally again or if I will ever do so again because they only know that this must have been something caused by my colitis, but oh well...

I also wanted to thank you all for the concern and support you have expressed while I was hospitalized and for the patience in continuing to support me even when I am not creating content.

It really surprised me a lot... But I'm really thankful 🩷🫰🏻
