Note scribbled on the back of the chart after the tape stopped - Room 205

I watched the tape in the staff break room. It shows her using something...mechanical on my cock. I cum again and again, then she slurps it all down. Her hand strokes while I squirm and drip all over both of us. Then, with a laugh, she inserts me inside her wet soaking pussy and rides me until she herself cums.

It didn't look like I was in any danger... I... want to go back...

The note has a strong smelling stain at the end
